I did this workout during my short stint as a mail carrier for the USPS, causing me to lose some weight,
However, it did give my my best sustained power, HR numbers, and climbing ability
Fortunately, I back to 160 lbs11
- ^ I had lost 15 lbs in just a few weeks.
